- We require at least 12 HOURS advance notice if you are not able to come to your appointment.
- Same day cancellation will be charged a 50% fee of services booked.
- No call/no show will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.
- A cancellation may be deemed valid by calling 419.367.0827 and speaking to a team member or leaving a voicemail.
- Cancellations via email, texting, or social media will not be considered.
- Cancellation charges must be paid before receiving your next appointment
- Children are NOT permitted, unless they themselves have an appointment.
- In accordance with Ohio State Laws, pets are NOT allowed.
