Deep Tissue Massage

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and injuries below the surface.
Bamboo Fusion Massage

Smooth bamboo tools are warmed and used as an extension of the therapist’s hands to massage all layers of muscles, fascia and connective tissue. When the bamboo is warmed, the body tends to relax more quickly and release pain and tension more easily.
Cupping Massage

Cupping is the combination of massage movements and negative pressure with the use of a suction device on the skin. The suction effect increases blood and lymphatic circulation, relaxes muscle tissue, and draws toxins out of the body.
Please Note: Cupping causes marks on the skin. This is due to bringing blood to the surface of the skin. The marks from cupping can last for a few days up to two weeks. It is expected that with the use of repeated cupping treatments the marks will decrease as the stagnation resolves
Sports + Cupping Massage

Sports + Cupping is the combination of the assisted stretching from classic sports massage with the deep muscle releasing experienced with cupping.
Please Note:
Athletic wear is required as this is an active treatment. Sports bras, tank tops and shorts are most common.
